FUNDRAISER PLEDGE TAKER - Answer the telephone and be a part of the on-air action! Shifts are available weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

TABULATOR - Put your number skills to work: tabulate pledges generated during on-air fundraisers. Shifts are available weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

TV VOLUNTEER SUPERVISOR - Help train and supervise groups of volunteers answering pledge phones during on-air TV fundraisers. Shifts are available evenings and weekend.

TELL ME A STORY VOLUNTEER READER - Spend time reading to preschool children. RTL Assistants are needed for a wide variety of duties, typing, labeling and packing books and other materials. Three references are required, and a background check is required.

TOUR GUIDE - Tour groups range from grade-school level to senior citizens.

SPECIAL EVENTS ASSISTANT - Assist in a variety of ways, from passing out programs to helping with exhibit booths at festivals, openings, and fund raising events.

The Met launches its 2006-07 Radio Broadcast Season on the Toll Brothers-Metropolitan Opera International Radio Network. Live backstage interviews and dynamic new content will revitalize iconic broadcast series to appeal to a broader audience. Season launches with Mozart’s Idomeneo on Saturday, December 9, 2006 and runs through Saturday, May 5, 2007. more...
